Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings accepted by Park At Airport. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Section 1: Bookings
- 1.1 Park At Airport will email your booking confirmation to the address provided during booking.
- 1.2 If you do not receive your confirmation, contact us immediately. No refunds are available for no-shows or cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival.
- 1.3 Check the "More Info" section on each product for surcharges, operational hours, and service provider details. Additional charges are set by the service provider and are not related to Park At Airport or our advertised prices.
- 1.4 Park At Airport acts as a booking agent for the featured car parks and does not provide parking services directly.
- 1.5 Your contract is with the individual car park and subject to their terms and conditions, which are available on request.
- 1.6 All claims regarding parking services (e.g., vehicle collection, delivery, or damage) must be made directly to the service provider and are subject to their terms.
- 1.7 Park At Airport is not liable for events beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, or severe weather.
- 1.8 All parking is subject to the terms of the individual car park. Claims for loss or damage must be made to the service provider. During peak times or unforeseen events, allow extra time for drop-off and collection.
Section 2: Customer Responsibilities
- 2.1 Bring your booking confirmation or reference when you travel to identify yourself as a Park At Airport customer.
- 2.2 Obtain the chauffeur’s contact number and arrival procedure before departing. Missed bookings or flights due to lack of information are not the responsibility of Park At Airport.
- 2.3 Remove all valuables from your vehicle and leave only the keys required for movement. Be prepared to leave your keys with staff if requested.
- 2.4 Check your vehicle before leaving the car park or terminal. Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the site.
- 2.5 Your vehicle must be roadworthy, taxed, and have a valid MOT if applicable.
- 2.6 If you do not follow the correct procedure or do not arrive at your booked time, Park At Airport may not be able to obtain refunds or provide receipts for extra charges. Contact the service provider for such receipts.
Section 3: Prices
- 3.1 All prices are for pre-booking only.
- 3.2 All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
- 3.3 Check "More Info" for any additional surcharges set by the service provider.
- 3.4 Some car parks may not accommodate high-sided or wide vehicles, or may charge extra. Check before booking.
Section 4: Cancellation Policy
- 4.1 All cancellations must be made directly through Park At Airport to be valid.
- 4.2 Email [email protected] to request a cancellation during office hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00, excluding bank holidays).
- 4.3 Cancellations are subject to notice periods and may incur admin charges.
- 4.4 No refunds for unused part stays, booking fees, SMS, or postal charges.
- 4.5 Non-flexible rate bookings cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded.
- 4.6 Less than 72 hours’ notice: no refund. More than 72 hours: subject to a £20 admin charge.
- 4.7 Amendments on or within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable if cancelled thereafter.
Section 5: Cancellation Cover
- 5.1 To be eligible for a refund (minus admin fee), cancel at least 24 hours before departure.
- 5.2 No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before departure.
- 5.3 Cancellation cover does not apply to same-day or next-day bookings, or where otherwise stated.
- 5.4 Booking fees, cancellation cover, and SMS charges are non-refundable.
Section 6: Booking Amendments
- 6.1 More than 48 hours’ notice: £5 admin charge. 24–48 hours: £10. Less than 24 hours: £15 (not guaranteed).
- 6.2 Less than 24 hours before departure: booking cannot be amended online.
- 6.3 Travel date changes: more than 48 hours’ notice: £10 plus extra days; 24–48 hours: £20 plus extra days; less than 24 hours: contact support.
- 6.4 Non-flexible rate bookings cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded.
Section 7: Refunds
- 7.1 Refunds are made only to the original payment method used for booking.
Section 8: Arrival Time
- 8.1 Arrive at the car park or terminal with sufficient time for your flight check-in.
Section 9: Parking Conditions
- 9.1 Your vehicle must be roadworthy, taxed, and have a valid MOT. If not, service may be refused and no refund given.
- 9.2 Park At Airport is not responsible for your vehicle once handed to the service provider.
- 9.3 Service providers accept no liability for faulty keys, fobs, or other items left with the vehicle. Leave only necessary keys and instructions.
Section 10: Complaints Procedure
- 10.1 Complaints must be made directly to the service provider. Contact details are in your booking confirmation.
- 10.2 Expect a reply within 28 working days of submitting your complaint.
- 10.3 Complaints must be lodged within 24 hours of your return to the UK. Later complaints will not be considered.
- 10.4 Inform the service provider immediately of any issues to allow them to resolve the problem.
- 10.5 The service provider may move your vehicle as needed for operational reasons or emergencies.
- 10.6 The service provider will assist with complaints where possible, but assistance is not guaranteed.
Section 11: Limitation of Liability
- 11.1 These terms apply only to bookings made directly through this website.
- 11.2 As a booking agent, Park At Airport is liable only for losses directly arising from our negligence in processing a booking.
- 11.3 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking, including parking and booking fees.
Section 12: Service Reviews Policy
- 12.1 Service reviews should be posted on the service provider’s review platform. Customers may also receive an email to leave a review.
- 12.2 No reviews about the service can be left on Park At Airport’s review platforms, as we are not the service provider.
- 12.3 We reserve the right to challenge and request removal of any service reviews left on our platforms. Failure to comply may result in legal action and additional costs.
Section 13: Distance Selling
13.1 Contracts for transport and leisure services provided on a specific date or period are exempt from the standard 'cooling off' period. Cancellations are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Section 14: Modification
14.1 Park At Airport may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
